THE HOUSE
In a three old
fashion building, recently redecorate, on the main floor (75sm and a
18sm roof garden) you can find the house
of your dreams.
Located in the heart of Trastevere,
in a strategic position, through nightspots,
typical restaurants and monuments, It’s the perfect solution to enjoy
the day
(sight sighting) and the night.
The house is unique for her newest design.
The house
has a fully furnished living room, a diving room with two couches, flat TV (42 Inches) and
Hi-Fi system. Moving to the night side of the house we find a bedroom
with two sleeping accommodations in front of the roof garden,( which
is equipped to eat outside (table, chairs) with a barbecue provided) a
loft with a king size bed with a large wardrobe underneath , and a
very big bathroom with two sinks, bathtub and a shower.
Available
for the guests there is also the utility room.
The house is
fully Hi-Tech equipped, as well
as reproductions from famous painter
hanging all over the house.

The QUARTER
Trastevere is one of the most characteristic and
colorful quarters of Rome, considered the symbol of the romanità.
Urbanizzato in republican age, but developed mainly in the medieval
period, conserve still today the typical architecture of the age.
Its narrow lanes, the palaces and its live local
nocturnes to us have inspired the most famous backs of the Trilussa on
the authentic roman popular life, rich of taverne where it can be
tasted the roman typical kitchen, galleries of art, coffee, pub,
fashionable premises, storees of handicraft and stalls.
